Lake Shore VFC Youth Program

Lake Shore VFC Youth Program The Lake Shore Junior Fire Company was formed in 1946 to teach younger members of the community the skills necessary to become active fire and ems personnel.

Today, the Lake Shore Youth Program continues the tradition with great success!

Lake shore junior fire training schedule for Oct.

October 9th Fire/EMS training at amsdell station.

We will be doing simulate search and rescue without fog And going over fire rehab.

Jrs are asked to meet bout 545p to make sure they have there id tags and fingerprints

October 23rd (Amsdell) JR Smokehouse/EMS Rehab (with fog) we will be doing a simulated working fire with full PPE and air packs.

September 18 Jrs training at Rogers we will be going through all the gear seeing who's missing gear or doesn't have gear and get everyone taken care of.

So lil update on the jrs (sorry been busy)

The Jr supervisor and Jr officers will be meeting tomorrow night to discuss upcoming trainings and having to change the day we meet due to the Sr company hosting befo/ifo.

Congratulations to Kate Wagonblott for being accepted to the senior company.

Congratulations to Evan since Kate has moved up Evan is replacing her as lieutenant.
