📢 Notice of Public Hearing – Ashley County

Ashley County residents are hereby notified of an upcoming public hearing regarding the proposed issuance of a Taxable Industrial Development Revenue Bond (Misty Pines Solar Project), Series 2026.

💲 The bond amount will not exceed $450,000,000 and is intended to support the development of a solar generation and battery storage facility within Ashley County.

The project includes a 134 MW solar facility and 134 MW battery storage system to be located on approximately 1,000 acres near County Road 65.

📢 Ashley County Quorum Court Notice

The Ashley County Quorum Court has officially adopted Ordinance 2026-9, designating three (3) public locations for the posting of county publications.

Due to the absence of a newspaper of general circulation within Ashley County, this ordinance establishes the following locations for required public postings:

• Ashley County Courthouse
• Portland City Hall
• Crossett Annex Building

This action ensures compliance with Arkansas law and maintains transparency by providing accessible locations for public information.
