Thereafter, she graduated from the University of Rochester and the University of Dayton School of Law. Otremba Harbold has been licensed to practice law since 1992. She was commissioned as a First Lieutenant in the New York Air National Guard/United States Air Force in 1994, serving as Judge Advocate General and as the Maintenance Operations Commander with the 107th Air National Guard. rbold was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in 2012. Otremba Harbold was previously employed by the Town of Hamburg as a Human Resource consultant, and served under several town Boards. "I have had the privilege to serve this community as a human resource consultant and have worked successfully with several different Town Boards. I believe I am uniquely qualified to continue my service as a Council member, based on my experience, knowledge of issues that affect Town residents and proven ability to work effectively and efficiently with other Town officials, regardless of the party or political affiliation. Tamara lives with her husband and two sons in Hamburg.
