Hamilton Fire Company Officers in 1959 during our 50th Anniversary. Our fire station after being completed in 1927 which is now currently home to the Bromley Civic Center. And last picture is the damaged Seagrave “600 Special” after an accident on May 6, 1933. The accident happened as the truck was responding to an auto fire on Klockner Rd. As the truck was turning from Nottingham Way to Klockner, a vehicle who driver was unconscious hit the apparatus. 4 of the 6 man crew were injured and the apparatus was badly damaged as you can see in the picture. All the firefighters eventually came back to fighting fires over the few months.

Thanks to our life member James Cope for donating the 50th Anniversary book. Over the next couple weeks, I will share info from our 50th Anniversary. The pics below are our membership at the time as well as a pic of our first permanent fire station with our 1916 Waterous 500 GPM Pumper.

Please come and support the Signal 22 association in their fundraising.

On Monday June 29th Signal 22 is Hosting a Fundraiser at Mario & Frank's 2 in Fieldsboro. Come out to support them as part of the 85th Anniversary. They will have selling t-shirts and there 50/50 tickets which goes off the night of there 85th Anniversary Celebration on October 17th.
