In a world where change is constant, we explored how leaders can navigate uncertainty, build psychological safety, communicate with intention, and help their teams adapt and thrive. This past year, we've had the privilege of working alongside nonprofit leaders, board members, and community partners across Mercer County and beyond.

From training and matching individuals to nonprofit boards, to convening leaders for timely trainings and peer learning, to supporting organizations in strengthening governance practices, we continue to see the power of investing in nonprofit capacity and leadership.

Our newest infographic highlights some of the impact we were able to make together over the last year, including:

- Trainings and leadership development opportunities delivered
- Work with nonprofit boards to strengthen governance and effectiveness
