Mark Your Calendars and Get Your Team Signed Up Today for our 6th annual 4 person best ball golf tournament fundraiser on Saturday, September 19th! Registrations forms available from any Hamilton Fireman or at Deer Run Golf Course. NEW THIS YEAR...We are giving away some pretty good door prizes. Anyone that plays in the tournament will be entered for a chance to win these door prizes including: Taylormade Spider Tour X Putter, we have two Bushnell Wingman HD Rangefinder/Speakers, plus many more great door prizes. (any Hamilton fireman playing in the tournament will be excluded from the door prizes.) Plus again this year we have hole games and the the make a hole in one (on a specified hole) win a truck challenge and for the person that makes the longest putt of the day on hole 7 will have a chance after the tournament to putt for $2500 Cash! I don’t normally post this kinda thing on here but, today was a big reminder to me of what a great community we live in. For those that don’t know we had a house fire today and in these hotter conditions it can be extremely dangerous when fighting a fully involved house fire. First off I would like to thank each and everyone of my volunteer firefighters and our surrounding towns fire departments, the Hamilton Police Department, our water/street crews, EMS & ESDA, you guys are truly amazing. But another thing that I seen was we had multiple citizens that was bringing us cold water, ice and hydration drinks or just asking if we needed anything. It just truly reminded me of our great little community. Man….am I glad to be apart of the Hamilton fire department and to live in this community! I didn’t get a chance to see all those citizens but you all know who you are and I Thank you!

PS unfortunately this family did loose most everything in the fire, I know I’ve seen a few post on the Hamilton community page of people coming up with ways to help this family out.

Just a friendly reminder the grass is super dry and with the wind it is advised not to burn anything as it can quickly get out of control. Thank you.

We are currently under a red flag warning and it is advise to not burn! With conditions favorable for fire to spread quickly, The Hamilton Fire Department would advise the community to refrain from any type of burning as just a small pile of leaves or brush can get out of control.

Wow what another great turnout again this year for our pancake breakfast! The Hamilton Fire Department would like to thank everyone that came out this morning, also thank you to all who gave extra monetary donations. We are so fortunate to be a part of this great community and surrounding communities that fully supports their local volunteer fire departments.

Reminder this Sunday (Nov. 2) is our annual breakfast fundraiser. Be sure to tell all your family and friends and come enjoy some great food. We will be serving pancakes, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, coffee and orange drink. Adults $7 Children $3.

Thank you everyone that played in our fundraiser golf outing on Saturday. Thank you to all of our hole sponsors this year, Thank you to Deer Run golf course and all their workers, Thank you to Angelini's Ristorante Italiano for catering the food and Thank you to all of the Hamilton Firemen. Without all of the mentioned people above and many more none of this would be possible. We are getting in contact with the winners but wanted to post the winners on here. The teams will be listed out with just the team captains name. Thanks again for another successful year and congratulations to all the winners.
