Alright so due to Fedral spending freeze our company is getting hit harder then ever. Most of guys don’t know this but our company has only made 3500 in donations this last year and just one program Opration Homefront alone cost us about 60k a year to run and that’s not including the Fedral side or what we do in the state. We have consistently over the last year asked people for help because we actually need it and non profits don’t work unless people donate. The Results this last year has been completely dissipointing. Below is what we call an identity confirmation sheet and our operation Homefront paperwork. 99 percent of the people on our page won’t read this or let alone donate but I’m sick and tired of people saying well if we Knew what you do we’d donate can u please send us an email well here ya go here is Operation Homefront summed up the bet we could as well as our identity confirmation sheeet.

**Dawson Philanthropy - Knights of Light Division (KLD): Who We Are and What We Do**

**Who We Are:**
The Knights of Light Division (KLD) is a unit within Dawson Philanthropy, a nonprofit corporation registered as a local government under the US Government. Dawson Philanthropy focuses on supporting veterans, the homeless, and the elderly. Led by Seth Dawson and managed by Andrea Loden, KLD comprises professionals with military, police, and security backgrounds, executing missions domestically and abroad that fulfill Federal and State contracts or bids.

**What We Do:**
KLD provides security, transport, and military support services. Our operations include reconnaissance, logistics, and direct security engagements, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

**How We Make Money:**
We fund our activities through government and private contracts, with payments made upon contract completion. 67 percent of our revenue supports Dawson Philanthropy’s Hope Haven Center, which offers services like a homeless shelter, job placement, veteran support, elder care, and transportation.

**How It Benefits:**
Contract income funds the Hope Haven Center, helping homeless individuals secure jobs, housing, and transportation. Our veterans department offers essential support, while our community kitchen ensures food security. We also provide transportation for individuals in remote areas, as well as providing transportation to the facility. Transport services can be utilized by law enforcement to stop them from having to deal with the homeless.

**Why We Do What We Do:**
Our mission is driven by a commitment to community support and assisting those who have served our country. KLD’s work funds life-changing programs, creating a sustainable model where each mission contributes to rebuilding lives and fostering hope.

**Proposal for Addressing Homelessness in Alabama:**

We propose establishing a centralized facility in Alabama to support the homeless within a $550,000 budget, leveraging donations and volunteer labor. Dawson Philanthropy aims to create a non-denominational and non-political center providing comprehensive services to empower individuals to regain stability.

**Objectives:**
1. **Centralized Support:** Offer shelter, meals, medical care, counseling, job training, and transitional housing assistance under one roof.
2. **Cost Efficiency:** Utilize material donations and volunteer labor to stay within budget.
3. **Inclusivity:** Ensure services are accessible to all, regardless of religion or background.

**Services:**
1. **Shelter and Basic Needs:** Provide shelter, meals, hygiene facilities, and essential supplies. 8pm-8am. Operation Homefront recipients will be provided food and shelter, where rooms are identical to hotel rooms for ease of comfort with no bars on windows, and the availability to open and close. The rooms have a TV with a microwave, as well as a closet and bathroom. Comfort is key as well as their health.
2. **Healthcare and Counseling:** Offer medical care, mental health services, substance abuse counseling, and case management. 8am-8pm. We offer a variety of counseling from marriage, relationship, personal, and financial, and more. We are non-religious and non-political to maximize our effectiveness; however, different religious organizations will be able to have offices. We believe in Kindness through all things and Peace comes from within. Safety and Health come first.
3. **Job Training and Employment Assistance:** Facilitate job training, resume workshops, and employment services. 8am-8pm. We work with local jobs and plants to hire these people. There is transportation to and from work as well as food provided. A financial counselor is available to ensure they budget correctly to move to the next phase. Must maintain employment for 1 month to be eligible for the next phase.
4. **Vehicle Acquisition Phase:** We understand the pride of owning a vehicle, but it comes with work and responsibility. Within three weeks of work, an Operation Homefront recipient will be able to receive a car from Cars for Nonprofits or be able to buy a vehicle for $1,000 if budgeting correctly.
5. **Transitional Housing Support:** Assist in transitioning from emergency shelter to permanent housing, including transportation support. We have a contractor who has agreed to build 400 tiny homes to assist the homeless in transitioning into society. We take a homeless person, and in 9 months through the facility, they are able to become a tax-paying citizen.
