Myth vs. Fact

❌ Myth: Provisional ballots are only counted if the results are close.
✅ Fact: Every provisional ballot is carefully reviewed by the Board of Elections to verify the voter’s eligibility and ensure that no duplicate ballot was cast in another county. All valid provisional ballots are then added to the official results.

🚗💙 For years, Board Member mariann has spent Election Day traveling across Butler County to visit polling locations, check in with poll workers, and hear feedback directly from the polls. She also enjoys hearing all the comments from kids casting their Kids Voting ballots!

From opening to closing, these visits help us stay connected to the people working hard to serve voters throughout the county.

Thank you, mariann, for always going the extra mile!
