Thursday, October 22, 2026. Please open your bills. Some of you are getting late fees and don't know it because you do not opening your bills. Also some are using bill pay through your bank and just paying the monthly amount when you actually owe more because of the late fees. The bills are mailed the first of each month and are due by the 20th before there is a late fee. Some of you have your bill pay set to pay on the 20th. That is causing fees because the bank mails us a check and we are not getting them until after the 20th. Before anyone says why don't we call and tell you. That is because we have thousands of customers so there is no way we can do that. PLEASE OPEN YOUR BILLS.
Edited to add. This is for those who use their bank and set up "bill pay" in their own and for those who do not open their bills.
