Congratulations to our Summer 2026 EMT students on completing your training to be eligible for your NREMT exam. These students dedicated their summer to attending class for 9 weeks, studying and clinical time in addition to many holding full time jobs. Best of luck to all of you.

Congratulations to Firefighters Kailey Worrell and Joey Femminineo, who just completed an 8 week accelerated EMT course, totaling 240 hours of lectures and clinical time. Both took and passed their National Registry test on Monday, and are now certified Firefighter/EMTs!
This brings the total number of FF/EMTs in the Vincent Fire Company to 15!

Please help us in congratulating Kailey and Joey on this amazing accomplishment!

Today, our 22 Summer EMT students had the opportunity to visit SouthStar and get a firsthand look at another important part of the EMS system. 🚁

After months of learning, practicing, and putting their skills to the test, they’re now in the home stretch! Next up: final exam and skills testing as they work toward becoming eligible to take the NREMT exam.

We’re incredibly proud of the work this group has put in. The finish line is getting close, and we can’t wait to see where their EMS journeys take them!

Public Safety Training of South Jersey is bringing the NAEMT TECC-LEO (Tactical Emergency Casualty Care for Law Enforcement) course to Atlantic County on October 29 at the Anthony "Tony" Canale Training Center in Egg Harbor Township.

This 8-hour, hands-on course is designed specifically for law enforcement officers. You'll gain the knowledge and confidence to provide life-saving care during high-threat incidents through:

✅ Interactive classroom instruction
✅ Hands-on skill stations
✅ Realistic scenario-based training
✅ Patient simulations using simulation rounds and G***k AirSoft training weapons

Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
✔️ NAEMT TECC-LEO Provider Certification (valid for 4 years)
✔️ Provider wallet card and certificate of completion
