Closing a show is always the hardest part. These past few months have been filled with so much laughter, hard work, and unforgettable moments, and I feel incredibly lucky to have shared it all with such an amazing group of people.
To the incredible production staff — thank you for the countless hours, creativity, patience, and dedication you pour into making these shows possible. To our pit orchestra — your music brought this show to life in the most beautiful way, and we are so lucky to have such talented musicians supporting our students.
And to this cast and crew…you truly stole my heart. I can honestly say I have never worked with a kinder, more supportive, more joyful group of kids. You showed up every day ready to work, to help each other, and to make something special together. Watching you grow as performers and as people has been the greatest gift.
Thank you for trusting me, for making me laugh every rehearsal, and for reminding me why I love doing this so much. I am so proud of each and every one of you. As they in “the biz”…THAT’S A WRAP!

Another musical season in the books!! Wow!!! Where do I even begin?!? I know I say this every year, but this show was really special!! I’ve been directing the spring musical at HHS for 17 years and I can honestly say that this was the most hardworking and easiest group of students I have ever worked with!!! Every individual on that stage, in the wings and in the light booth brought so much to the production and worked so incredibly hard! And to my seniors, you have no idea how amazing each one of you are! I can’t wait to see what you do next!! The talent on that stage this weekend was beyond measure! The talent in the production staff was beyond measure! Erin DiDonato, Katie Stella, Dwight Baldwin, John Toothman, Michele Interlante Peterson, Tyler Dorton-Beck, Manny Martinez, Christine Humphries Throckmorton I can not thank you enough! Without all of you and your individual expertise none of this would be possible!! It’s safe to say I have the best team there is!! And thank you to all who came out to support everyone involved!! Your appreciation of the Arts is so important to all of us!! Now it’s time to put HHS’s production of the The Addams Family to sleep and start thinking about the next one!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

It's only 9 days until opening night of the Hammonton High School Spring Production of "THE ADDAMS FAMILY"!

THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

The dates of the show are March 14, 15 and 16, beginning at 7pm in the HHS Performing Arts Center. It is reserved seating and the ticket price is $15.00. Tickets are on sale now!!!!

Tickets are being sold online and at the door. *Note: there is a $1.50 surcharge for each ticket purchased online.
