Water Distribution Systems Improvement Project 2027 Bid Solicitation. TOH-WDSI-FY27-02

The Town of Hampstead invites bids on the labor, materials, and equipment to install temporary bypass water service system and construct the water lines in the White Oak Court Condominium Complex.

Please visit our website at www.hampsteadmd.gov under News and Announcements for the Request for Bid.

Sealed bids will be received at the Town of Hampstead Town Office, 1034 South Carroll Street, Hampstead, MD, until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, September 4, 2026. Bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.

Awarding of the contract shall take place at a regularly scheduled Town Council meeting.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10 AM Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at the Town of Hampstead Town Office where attendance is required for the entirety of the meeting.

The Town of Hampstead reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all bids, or waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid.
