Don’t forget our 2nd annual Thrift Shop Fashion Show is next Saturday, June 13th at 10 AM in the large meeting room. Come enjoy a snack while some Hampstead supermodels show you all the amazing finds in our little shop in the library basement. After the models strut their stuff, head downstairs to do a little browsing. Rumor has it there might be a nice promotion. See you next week!

Yes…our thrift shop is open today! Not a great beach day, so stop by to visit us in the basement of the Hampstead Public Library from 9-1. We’re having a Buy 1 Get 1 sale on clothing today (some restrictions apply…no shoes or bathing suits, for example). All proceeds support programs at the library, like Summer Reading, which starts soon! P.S. Our thrift shop fashion show is only three weeks away…are you coming?!?

Did you know that this week is Teacher Appreciation Week? A big thank you to ALL of Hampstead's amazing teachers! Check out two of Hampstead's finest, Mrs. Wisecarver and Miss Gallant, dressed in outfits they found at our thrift shop! Schools and libraries have always been the ultimate study buddies — one teaches the lessons, the other fuels the imagination!

When you shop our thrift store, you’re helping support library programs, resources, and events that continue the learning long after the school bell rings. So you could say these outfits deserve an A+ in community spirit! 📕 Thanks for sharing this photo with us!

Stop by Hampstead Middle School on Saturday any time between 11-1 for the town Meet and Greet. The library Friends will be there with cool library stickers…and snacks! Hampstead Public Library will also be there with a craft and prize wheel. This is a great way to meet representatives from the town’s clubs, boards, and committees. And don’t forget, the thrift shop will be open from 9-1 in the basement of the library with our “new” (to you) Spring inventory.
