In celebration of Older Americans Month this May, the seniors at the Hampton Bays Senior Center welcomed Ms. Poremba’s 1st grade students for an intergenerational game day! We spent the morning playing games, sharing laughs, and having fun together. We look forward to this special day all year long, and once again it was a huge success and truly memorable for both the students and seniors.

Our seniors had an amazing time drumming along to the music while boosting their health and fitness. It was energetic, engaging, and so much fun to see everyone smiling and moving together!

Flanders Seniors have been having so much fun receiving valentine love from across America and beyond! We joined the “Hearts Across America” initiative with the goal of receiving a Valentine from each state and a few other countries joined in, that included a write up describing their community! So far we have received something from 34 out of our 50 states and 1 from England and Canada and the mail keeps on coming!
