Elitist in our New Hampshire legislature on both sides of the aisle are attempting to strip away local control. The numerous pieces of legislation proposed in Concord will substitute the wisdom of our locally elected Planning Boards and locally appointed Zoning Boards and will allow faceless bureaucrats in Concord to force unfettered development on our cities and towns and we will have no say! Ultimately this legislation will put a huge strain on municipal resources and will increase property taxes.

If you agree please contact your State Rep’s, Senators and the Governor and ask them NOT TO MASS UP NH by Stripping away local control and vote these Bills Inexpedient to legislate!

Republicans and Democrats in the House are reframing the housing crisis and displaying a stronger desire to take on municipalities directly by overriding zoning codes with state law.

Greetings:

I am pleased to announce that after careful consideration I have decided to stand for re-election as one of your Hampton Falls Selectmen.

I am running because I believe that by working collaboratively with Ed Beattie and Mark Lane, I can continue to make a significant contribution to the ongoing improvement of our town government. Our equitable leadership has led to increased productivity, and improved decision efficiencies. This interaction benefits the residents, the town’s staff, and all of our town departments.

In my previous two terms as Selectman, I proudly served the town of Hampton Falls. I have taken the concerns of the resident’s seriously and have done my utmost as a Board Member to take decisive actions to address their interests in a respectful, positive, and proactive manner. I have strived to create a level of civility in town and have endeavored to make our town government as transparent as possible.

In addition to being a Selectman, I am also the President & CEO of Great North Property Management, Inc., which is New England's largest and well-respected real estate management organization. I am also a New Hampshire real estate investor and specialize in the ownership of affordable housing. I have been the recipient of many recognitions and awards for my work, and above all for my philanthropic efforts in the Seacoast area. I will continue with my philanthropic legacy by donating my Selectman’s stipend to nonpartisan causes, as I have done over the past six years.

***GOOD NEWS***

The “Preliminary Application” for the large Seabrook Water withdrawal from new proposed wells on Weare Road on the Seabrook/Hampton Falls Town line was not approved by NH-DES!

This does NOT mean by any means the fight to protect our most important resource, our water supply is over. It means we need to remain vigilant at every turn so as to ensure our resident wells/water supply is protected from large scale withdrawals of water by Seabrook that will impact our Town.
