🌿🐸 Get Wild About Lovejoy! 🦋🌱

We’re getting outdoors and exploring nature with our friends at Newman Wetlands Center!

Join Elevate Lovejoy & the Newman Wetlands Center for a morning of exploring, discovering, and creating as we take a guided walk through the beautiful wetlands. Along the way, participants will learn about the plants, wildlife, and natural wonders around us while collecting safe, fallen items from nature to use in their very own terrarium or fairy garden! 🌿🫙✨

After our walk, we’ll head back to get creative and build a nature-inspired keepsake to take home.

Great things happening in Lovejoy! The City of Lovejoy is pleased to announce that a new traffic signal is coming to the intersection of SR 19/41 (Tara Blvd) and Talmadge Road.

This is an important milestone that reflects more than five years of advocacy, collaboration, and dedication by Mayor Marci Fluellyn and the City of Lovejoy, working alongside the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) to improve safety and connectivity for our community.

"This traffic signal represents more than an infrastructure improvement, it represents years of persistence and commitment to the safety of the people who live, work and travel through Lovejoy. We know how important this intersection was to our community, and we remained committed to working with GDOT to see this project through.
