Yesterday evening marked the ceremonial groundbreaking for the expansion of the Seacoast Fire Museum at Tuck field.

This project is a joint effort between Hampton Firefighters & Fire Officers, Local 2664, Hampton Historical Society, and our Hampton community. The goal is to construct an addition to preserve and showcase an important part of Hampton's fire service history, one of the town's first mechanized fire pumpers. This is a continuation of a partnership that began in the 1980's under the leadership of Mark Ouellette.

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our organizations' shared vision.

Today marks 10 years since the passing of our brother, Kyle Jameson, after a courageous battle with cancer.

A decade may have passed, but Kyle is not forgotten. His dedication to the fire service, his strength, and the impact he had on those around him continue to be remembered.

We honor Kyle’s memory by carrying forward the mission of the fire service, serving our communities, looking out for one another, and never forgetting those who came before us.

This week, the Professional Firefighters of New Hampshire hosted their 19th Biennial Convention, bringing together fire service members from across the state for education, networking, and union development.

Hampton Firefighters Local 2664 was proud to have 5 members attend this year’s convention.

The convention also featured remarks and visits from Edward Kelly, Jay Colbert, Chris Pappas, and Kelly Ayotte.

Local 2664 extends its thanks to the PFFNH and the Nashua Firefighters Union for hosting another successful event and for providing valuable classes and opportunities to members from around the state.

Tonight we celebrate the promotion of Captain Damien Sevin and Lieutenant James Henderson. Their dedication, leadership, and commitment to this community have been evident on every shift, and these promotions reflect years of hard work in service to the Town of Hampton. It’s hard to believe that 10 years have passed since we lost our brother and friend, FF Kyle Jameson.

Time may move on, but the memories, the stories, and the impact he had on all of us remain as strong as ever.

On May 15th, we’ll be gathering at The Deck at The Brook in Seabrook from 5–9 PM to come together, sharing stories, remembering the good times, and honoring Kyle the way he deserves: side by side, as a family.

Tickets are $20 and include some appetizers. There will be a cash bar. This event is open to all.

Protecting those who protect others.

A new statewide program launched by Governor Kelly Ayotte will provide free cancer screenings to current and retired firefighters across New Hampshire. And the screenings have begun.

Firefighter occupational cancer is one of the leading causes of line-of-duty deaths. This $5 million pilot program is a critical step toward early detection, access to care, and long-term support for our members.

This is what happens when we continue to advocate for firefighter health, safety, and benefits, on and off the job.

We will always stand up for the protection our members deserve.
