Teen Military Leadership Summit - Expenses paid

Registration Instructions
1. Visit the Teen Military Leadership Summit registration website:

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Register.
3. Enter your email address and click Send Email Login Link.
4. Check your inbox for the email from 4HOnline, then open the email and click Continue
Registration.
5. Under Register New Member, enter the camper's:
○ First name
○ Last name
○ Date of birth
6. Complete all required registration information, then click Next.
7. Fill out the event application.
**Important: Under “Military Sponsor's Affiliation, Select All That Apply,” be sure to
select both:**
○ The appropriate branch of service
○ The appropriate service component
8. Click Next, then click Finish.
9. Review all information carefully to ensure it is accurate and complete.
10. Watch for a confirmation message on the screen and save the confirmation email for
your records.
