🚨 Modified Hours and Holiday Closure Notice

In support of Wing Goal Day on Friday, 4 September 2026, and in observance of Labor Day on Monday, 7 September 2026, Langley Medical Group will adjust its operating hours.

Friday, 4 September 2026 — Wing Goal Day

Main Clinics: Closing at 12:00 p.m.

Satellite Pharmacy: Open until 5:00 p.m.

Emergency Department: Open until 6:00 p.m

Monday, 7 September 2026 — Labor Day

Langley Medical Group will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Exception:

Emergency Department: Open 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

All routine services and hours resume on Tuesday, 8 September 2026.

🚑 After-Hours Care: If you have a medical emergency outside of these hours, call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Department, such as Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) or a local civilian emergency room.

To schedule appointments, call the Hampton Roads Appointment Center (HRAC) at 866-645-4584.

Langley Clinic Operations Update for June 24: Caring for Our Caregivers Resiliency Event 📢

Our commitment to providing you with the best possible care means ensuring our medical team is healthy, ready, and resilient. On June 24, our staff will be participating in a unit Resiliency Event starting at 12pm.

Taking this time to focus on team readiness and morale allows us to recharge so we can continue delivering the high standard of care our community deserves.

Please note the following temporary adjustments to our services for June 24:

🏥 Emergency Department: OPEN 6am - 6pm
💊 Satellite Pharmacy: OPEN 8am - 5pm
🚫 Main Pharmacy & All Other Clinics: CLOSED after 12pm.

ATTENTION ACTIVE-DUTY SERVICE MEMBERS:

Regarding Civilian Urgent Care Clinic Access

-Active-duty service members (except TRICARE Prime Remote) must contact the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line (NAL) to obtain a referral prior to seeking civilian network urgent care (in-person and virtual). Without an advance referral, unexpected point-of-service fees may result.

⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE: Langley Medical Group Emergency Department Hours ⚠️

Due to mission requirements and manpower constraints, the Langley Medical Group Emergency Department is temporarily adjusting its hours of operation.

Effective Tuesday, May 26, 2026, the Emergency Department will be open daily from 0600 to 1800 (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

What you need to know:
🚑 After-Hours Care: If you have a medical emergency outside of these hours, call 911 or proceed to the nearest Emergency Department, such as Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) or a local civilian emergency room.

🩺 Mission First: This temporary change allows us to maintain patient safety with our currently available staff while supporting our deploying medics.
