Every day our staff and Judges are here for families who have lost a loved one. We are dedicated committed and share in their sorrows with each one. But we are none immune to death.

Unfortunately last week both Associate Judge Rachel Foster and husband Pastor Nelson Foster lost his mother Mrs Andrea Foster. As well as last week Judge Shannon Parker and family lost her grandmother Mrs. Edith Crapse. We appreciate all the love, calls, texts, messages, support and especially patience with our office as we have had to navigate our losses and continue to try and be here for our community the last two weeks. We love our community and truly appreciate the love and prayers. Please continue to keep us all in your prayers

We would like to take some time out and send condolences to our Probate Clerk in the passing of her brother as well condolences to our Associate Judge Foster for the passing of her uncle. Both passed last week.

In our office we deal with a families death every day but it does hit home when it is in our own family! And we have to take a moment to grieve personally but it also drives our passion to be there and to assist our citizens in our court. The grief process is a hard and long process and if we can ease any part of that for our families that is our mission.

Thank you again to Clerk of Court Mrs. Creech for hosting the Clemson Ext group again this year. We have enjoyed speaking with these wonderful groups of young men and women about their future in this community, the opportunities and the resources that are out there for them to embrace and remember as they move forward in their careers later in life! Thanks as well to Mrs. Dawn Stuckey who puts so much time and effort into these groups to ensure they receive the education and experience!
