A program of NCPCV, the AC4P Policing program aims create a culture of compassion for each other between communities and law enforcement through police training programs emphasizing proactive techniques and being actively engaged with the community. Scott Geller from Virginia Tech, the program has proven effective in other settings and is now moving into the law enforcement sector. An integral com

ponent of the program are the green wristbands which embody the spread of compassion throughout a community.
