🔥 Town of Hampton Fire Department Earns Fire Safe South Carolina Community Designation for 2025 🔥
The Town of Hampton Fire Department is proud to announce that our department and community have been recognized as a 2025 Fire Safe South Carolina Community!
This designation, awarded by the South Carolina State Fire Marshal’s Office through the Fire Safe South Carolina program, recognizes communities that are committed to reducing risk, preventing fires, improving emergency response data, and promoting public safety through education and community partnerships.
To achieve this designation, our department successfully completed a series of Community Risk Reduction (CRR) initiatives, including:
✅ Educating firefighters on community risk reduction principles
✅ Identifying and addressing our community’s most common residential emergency calls
✅ Maintaining accurate emergency incident reporting and data collection
✅ Building partnerships with organizations that help improve community safety
✅ Providing fire and life safety education to citizens throughout our community
This accomplishment reflects the hard work and dedication of our firefighters, officers, community partners, and residents who support our mission every day.
Being a Fire Safe South Carolina Community means we are actively working to make Hampton safer through prevention, education, preparedness, and collaboration—not just responding when emergencies occur.
We remain committed to protecting lives, reducing risk, and serving our citizens with professionalism and pride.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this achievement possible. Together, we are building a safer Hampton for today and future generations.
