Dear Parents and Guardians,

We have an exciting update to share about the Cullman County FCA Power Sports Camp this summer! We only have *5* coupon codes remaining for students ages 7-13. If you are interested in your child attending the camp, please read all the info below and register for a coupon code ASAP before they are gone!

This camp is open to students ages 7–13 and will be held July 6–10 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Cullman High School. Camp activities include sports instruction, team-building activities, guest speakers, daily devotionals, lunch, a camp T-shirt, and more.

We have been given access to 40 camp scholarships (ONLY 5 REMAINING), which will cover the entire registration cost for students. These scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

We will provide supervised bus transportation from our school to the camp each day.

How to Reserve a Spot:

The first 40 students to commit via the above form will receive a coupon code for free registration along with a link to the camp registration.

📣 New Student Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is now open at Hanceville Middle School. Enrollment assistance is available May 28th and May 29th from 8:00–11:00 & 1:00–3:00. Additional dates for enrollment will be available in July.

Parents/Guardians enrolling a new student should bring the following documents:
✅ Proof of residency
✅ Immunization records
✅ Birth certificate
✅ Withdrawal information from the previous school

Report cards are now ready for pickup in the HMS office.

☀️ Summer Office Hours:
📅 May 27–29: 8:00–11:00 AM & 1:00–3:00 PM
📅 June & July: 8:00–11:00 AM & 1:00–3:00 PM

As we transition into our new building, staffing may be limited at times. We strongly encourage families to call the office before coming to ensure someone is available to assist you.
