Kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry facilities are shared. The new roommate would have primary access to the shared upstairs hall bathroom. Kitchen, limited cookware, dishes and silverware are all available for respectful shared use - just clean up after yourself and return items in original condition.
We are a young (30s) family with two small girls. Must be okay living with a family. No smoking NO drugs allowed; residents must remain non-smokers and illegal drug-free for the duration of residency. We're low-to-moderate drinkers and residents work different hours. Quiet hours between 8pm and 8am unless otherwise negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
