We have a couple of ribbon cuttings to post and celebrate, but right now we are getting ready for a special ribbon cutting tomorrow - our next door neighbor, Christal Property Group!

Join us tomorrow (Friday, August 21) at 3:00 pm for the ribbon cutting and an open house to follow. Help us welcome Maddie and all the CPG agents to their new home at 305 Broadway.

Stephanie received her award after welcoming our incredible Head Start staff back to launch another wonderful year.
During the welcome, she shared a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for relentless hard work and dedication. Our staff truly lives our mission every single day, pouring their hearts into building strong kids, strong families, and strong communities.

What would you do FOR HANNIBAL if you won a billion dollars? Fund a special project? Endow some nonprofits? Restore buildings? Open a business? Tell us, we’d love to know what you’re dreaming about!

Strong Communities Don’t Happen by Accident.

Our Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce plays such an important role in keeping our local business community connected, supported and moving forward.

Being a Chamber member is about so much more than having your name on a membership list. It’s about showing up for the community you do business in. It’s networking, advocacy, promotion, resources, partnerships and having an organization in your corner that genuinely wants to see local businesses succeed.

And behind so much of that work is someone who deserves a little recognition. Most of you know her, but in case you don’t, meet Executive Director, McKenzie Disselhorst.

For 14 years, McKenzie has poured her heart into the Hannibal Area Chamber of Commerce and the community it represents. If there’s something happening in or around Hannibal, chances are McKenzie is there supporting it, promoting it, connecting people to it or cheering it on.

She truly is one of the biggest fans of everything LOCAL. ❤️

That kind of enthusiasm matters because a Chamber is only as strong as the relationships it builds and McKenzie has spent 14 years building them.
