This week CRAVE CAFE had their official ribbon cutting celebration as a member of the Bartlett Area Chamber. Located at 1053 Lake Street (next to Rocky Patel Ci**rs). TODAY! Applications open for ComEd's Small-Medium Business Customer Relief Fund. Go to https://www.comed.com/my-account/customer-support/payment-assistance/SMBcustomer-relief-fund
o Eligible businesses may receive a matching credit of up to $500 applied directly to their ComEd account.
o Customers must first make a payment toward their past-due balance; ComEd will then match the approved amount.
o Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
o Additional consideration will be given to businesses located in Equity Investment Eligible Communities (EIEC)

To qualify for this grant assistance, applicants must meet the following criteria:
o Operate a small- or medium-sized business within the northern Illinois service territory.
o Have an active, past-due balance on your ComEd commercial account.
o Be prepared to make a matching payment toward your outstanding balance (for example, to receive a $500 grant, you must pay at least $500 toward a $1,000 bill).

Celebrating Innovators for the Next 250 years!
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is hosting a nation-wide, $1 million prize pool pitch competition to celebrate the innovation and ambition on Main Street that has fueled American ingenuity for 250 years. The competition is open to small businesses from all sectors who have utilized certain SBA capital products, and who are shaping the future of their industry with innovation and sound business practices and fundamentals.
Submission Deadline:
June 10, 2026
Finalist Notifications:
July 2026
Pitch Competition Finals Event: One day event between
September 8–18, 2026
(date to be finalized at a later time)
How to Submit
