Hanover Curbside Recycling - Republic changed the route for all Hanover residents to be on the same day and week. Pick up days are still Thursdays.

Road Construction is underway on County Road 19 and County Road 34/Beebe Lake Road in Hanover.

Please be patient, this will not last long!

The Wright County Highway Department has announced its schedule for overlay and sealcoating projects that will begin the week of June 1. These roads won’t close completely – they will have flaggers controlling directional traffic. As mowing season continues, please remember 𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 blow or leave grass clippings in the street.

Grass clippings can:
🚫 Clog storm drains
🚫 Create slippery conditions for motorcycles and bicycles
🚫 Wash into local waterways and impact water quality

Please help keep our streets safe and clean by directing clippings back onto your lawn and sweeping up any excess that reaches the roadway.

PUBLIC NOTICE: Starting May 27th , 2026, the City of Hanover will be performing routine maintenance of the gravel roads within the city limits. This will include reclaiming the shoulders of the road.
Please drive with caution. 🚜

HANOVER! - Tomorrow is our annual KIDS NIGHT AT MALLARD PARK.
Kids Nights 2026 features a mobile petting zoo, food trucks, a visit from the Hanover Fire Dept, and face painting. Join us for this fun adventure from 6 pm - 8 pm, perfect for all ages.
