In order to accomplish our goals, the Authority seeks to promote enhance and assist the State of Maryland in furthering and enforcing the Maryland Underground Facility Damage Prevention law and programs through efforts that include; consistent enforcement, effective public education - withe the knowledge that public safety through reduced damages is our primary concern.t

To report a violation... Go to the Authority website at www.mddpa.org and click on the "Notice of Probable Violation" link at the top of the page. You will be guided through the entire process. The Authority is here to assist you in resolving your issue, complaint or problem involving damage prevention.
