Dartmouth MEM Program

A professional degree program combining graduate level engineering and management courses to prepare future technical leaders.

The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) Program is a professional degree program offered by the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College. MEM engineering and management courses are taught by faculty from the Thayer School and Tuck School of Business. The combination of small classes and a high faculty-to-student ratio fosters class spirit and creates a stimulating intellectual environment.

On November 19th, the MEM Class of 2026 took center stage as the stars of this year’s Mugging Ceremony, a beloved tradition now in its 20th year that celebrates the completion of their academic journey at Dartmouth.

R Dean Adams addressed the students with a powerful reminder: to give back to the Dartmouth community that shaped them into who they are today, reflecting on how deeply it has impacted his own life.

The students then shared their remarkable journey, reminiscing about the lessons learned, late nights of hard work, and memories they made, all while surrounded by friends and family who came to witness this special milestone.

True to tradition, each graduate received their MEM mug, a tangible keepsake of the determination and camaraderie that defined their time together.

Congratulations to the MEM Class of 2026! ✨
