I wish to pass on my condolences to your local and all his friends up north. Randy was a huge supporter of NEPBA and was one of the contributing factors…

Early this morning, former President Randy 'Spike' Wagoner passed away. Randy was a dispatcher for more than 20 years. He had left to take a job with FEMA. We are all saddened by his passing. Our thoughts are with his family.
