Today marks a proud and meaningful milestone at FOCUS as we celebrate the graduation of the very first Program Manager Training Class! 🎉

Over the past several months, these leaders have dedicated themselves to learning the responsibilities, expectations, policies, procedures, and leadership standards that help drive our organization forward. Through training, mentorship, collaboration, and hands-on development, they have worked to strengthen not only their operational knowledge, but their ability to lead people with purpose and compassion.

At FOCUS, our mission is simple but powerful: to help every individual reach their full potential. This training program was designed with that mission at the center — preparing leaders to support individuals, families, and staff in a way that promotes growth, dignity, opportunity, and community inclusion.

Throughout this program, our future leaders embraced the core values that define who we are at FOCUS:

They also demonstrated our commitment to servant leadership — leading by supporting others, building up their teams, listening with empathy, and creating environments where both staff and individuals can succeed.

Fun times with GK! 💜🧋

One of our favorite things to do together is grab boba tea and spend time out in the community! Over the past almost five years, it has been amazing to watch GK overcome obstacles, grow in confidence, and continue becoming the incredible person she is today.

Moments like these are such a reminder of why connection, support, and community matter so much. We are so proud of you, GK! 💙
