Targeted leak detection efforts are currently underway at various locations across Town. Our leak detection program is in an effort to not only conserve water, but also to actively find and repair leaks within our distribution system as a cost savings effort.

This proactive approach towards searching for and repairing leaks ultimately reduces costs to repair mains, hydrants, valves, and services as finding leaks early often allows for quicker and easier repairs. Allowing leaks to continue without early detection, worsens conditions and increases costs for labor, materials, and property restoration work once leaks are finally repaired. Finding these leaks also helps the DPW save with water production costs, reducing the costs for electricity and chemicals needed to produce that leaking water.

Can this be cleaned up so the sidewalk can be used on Hackett's Pond Drive?
haven't received a water bill since October. when are they coming out?
Hello, I want to thank you for fixing the pedestrian button as you cross from Citizen Bank to Crossroads on rt 53. Is there any way that the light could hold for a pedestrian to cross both directions vs crossing half of rt 53 and needing to press the pedestrian button again when you are in the middle of the intersection? It does not feel that comfortable or safe standing on the bump in the road while traffic is flowing. Thank you for your consideration in advance.
Last year, after the holes were patched on Russell Rd., we were promised the whole road would get resurfaced this year. We got excited when this sign went up believing that it would happen soon. The sign has now been up for over 2 months. On what date will the work begin? This street is really bad and needs immediate attention. Tracy Fitzpatrick DeMaggio, Gina Gallagher, Yeemay Su Miller,
There is a thread re: water quality issues on Hanover Connect. Chris Martin replied that there were $3 million budgeted/approved for modifications/upgrades to the water treatment plant, "a few years ago". Could someone address when these improvements are to begin and what is the reason for any delays? Thank you.
Wondering how this guy is profiting off having a Hanover dump sticker... meanwhile all the other disposal companies pay more fees elsewhere
ok, i paid the excise tax on our 3 vehicles, now, can someone tell me when the east end of Broadway is getting paved over before i need to replace my suspension for the second time within a year?

It would be wonderful if you could do something about the traffic light censors on Webster and Main St. I believe there are others with a similar issue, but this is the one I hit the most. Much of life has passed me by while needlessly waiting for these left signal lights to change with no one actually there.
