6 years ago today we lost Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal Jeryl Frankenfield after a courageous battle with cancer. Jeryl’s spirit lives on strong at HFD as we embrace one of his most memorable sayings; “be the job big or small, do it well or not at all”

HPD will be sponsoring a Blood Drive on Thursday September 9th from 9:30AM - 5:00PM in support of . Many children diagnosed with cancer need blood transfusions and we encourage residents to join us in donating blood as an important part of the fight against childhood cancer.

Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Children's Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock will be administering the drive, and your donation will go to help a local patient. Please see the attached flyer for more information or contact Ruth McGranaghan at the DHMC Blood Donor Program: 603-653-3775.
