This year's Experience Codorus Outdoors was full of sunshine, smiles, good times and special memories! We hope all who attended enjoyed themselves and were able to experience some new things at the park! Special thanks to our sponsor's financial support who made all our features possible, to the park staff for their assistance, vendors, educational exhibitors, musicians, parking staff, volunteers and YOU for supporting our event. UPDATE: We now only have sites left for businesses and organizations. $75 for a 12x12 space to decorate and pass out candy.

THANK YOU everyone for supporting our Codorus Trick or Treat fundraiser!

To make a reservation for this year's Codorus Trick or Treat in C and D loops, call 717-476-1630 at 9 AM sharp on Monday, June 15. These sites go fast!

No calls will be taken early. And if no one answers, leave a message. Your call will be returned in the order it was received, so there's no need to keep calling back. All calls will be returned as quickly as possible.

Please review the Site Agreement found on our event webpage (link is in the comments), to be sure you know what you're signing up for. It's not your typical camping experience!

It's great fun, but it does require enthusiastic, family-friendly Halloween/fall decorating, and lots of candy for all those kids!

Electric sites are $75, Non-Electric are $60. This fee is for Thu, Fri and Sat nights. Have credit card handy. Some fees will apply. All fees are non-refundable. Reservation is for both nights only.

Event is rain or shine!

Other activities and programs will be going on during the weekend hosted by the CS Park Educators and Friends of Codorus, including the much loved "Pets on the Prowl" Halloween Pet Walk, formerly "Pet Parade". Prizes and random drawings. Benefits a local animal rescue.

TODAY'S THE DAY! It's time to Experience Codorus Outdoors!

$15 per CARLOAD! No re-entry or exchanges.
📱 🤳 Limited cell phone service in the park to purchase online, so purchase ahead if you need to use a credit card.

PETS: 🐾🐾We love our furry friends who visit the park, however, we HIGHLY recommend leaving your pets at home. Not only is our family event on blacktop🌡️🔥🌡️ we also have live animals 🐾 from sanctuaries, rehabilitation centers, rescues & environmental exhibitors, which can be very challenging to all involved. Thank you for your understanding.
As always, service 🐕‍🦺 🦮 animals are welcome.

VENDORS: 💳 💵 Vendors & food trucks have various methods of payment. Be prepared with cash as not all vendors accept electronic payments.

OTHER HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS and REMINDERS:
🌊 Water Fun for kids - bring towels (maybe a change of clothes!) HOWEVER there will be NO entry in the lake under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE PARK -
UPDATE: The search in Lake Marburg at Codorus State Park is complete. The lake will reopen for normal operations on Tuesday, June 9 at 8:00 AM. The incident remains under investigation.

ATTENTION: Lake Marburg will be closed today, June 8, as search efforts continue for a missing boater who was last seen at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 6. The incident involves an individual on an unpowered watercraft who is believed to have entered the water during a period of inclement weather. The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission are investigating the incident.”

The main launch and bandshell areas off Sinsheim Rd. will be closed from Wednesday, June 10 at 11PM through Monday, June 15, 8AM for the Experience Codorus Outdoors fundraising event for the Friends of Codorus State Park.

UPDATE: We will have 10 campsites, 4 electric in D loop and 6 non-electric in C loop available on June 15. It's not uncommon to have a non-electric site the first year you camp for this event. The following year, you will have more options available. There are also 7 spaces available for businesses or organizations to set up a canopy, decorate and pass out candy. (No sales, though.) Good luck!

☠ Halloween campers! This is a one of a kind chance to participate in Codorus Trick or Treat, held on October 23 and 24. Come camp with us for the weekend, if you dare!

🎃 Decorate your site and hand out candy to the thousands, yes, thousands of kids who come to trick or treat.

🦇 You will be part of the magical transformation of C and D loops in the campground at Codorus to a family-friendly, haunted, spooktacular trick or treat extravaganza! Our campers pull out all the stops! You can't decorate too much!

👻 Reservation fee is for Thur, Fri and Sat nights. $75 for sites with electric, and $60 for sites with no electric. Fees are non-refundable. Must sign up for both nights.

🕸 LIMITED sites available. They go super fast! So call right at 9 AM on June 15 at 717-476-1630. If no one answers right away, leave a message. Don't keep calling back again and again. Someone will return your call in the order it was received.
