The Hanscom Dorm Council had their 2nd meeting for this year with the dorm manager, MSgt Ralston and Rising 6 President, TSg Dailey.

Dorm Council President, SrA O’Neill, thanked the First Sergeants for providing funds for the successful Super Bowl Party last Sunday. The meeting includes volunteer opportunities for Hanscom University and the upcoming HansComicon

The Dorm Council organized a Super Bowl Party for our single-airmen in the dorms. More than 16+ airmen showed up to watch the game.

Record-breaking cold weather is coming to Hanscom starting tonight!

The bitterly cold air will arrive behind a cold front which is set to pass through New England overnight.

By Saturday morning, the core of the cold will be over us and temperatures will be well below zero. If you have plans this weekend, make sure to check you car’s battery! Dress in layers and cover up exposed areas as it may lead to frostbite.

The first dorm meeting of the year was held at the Minuteman Escape today, together with CMsgt Weary.

Dorm Council President, SrA O’Neill, led the meeting with the insights on things that the dorm residents are going through, such as living conditions, postal service issues and events that could help boost the residents’ morale.

Dorm Council Public Affairs, A1C Valdeabella, introduced a tri-fold brochure that contains information that will help an incoming airman get to know the dorms. Joining the Hanscom Residents Discord Server will also be added to the inprocessing of the member.

Present in the meeting are A1C Barrack, A1C Houston, A1C Valdeabella, Amn Sarzaeim, MSgt Texiera, TSgt Candelaria, Dorm Manager and Mr Lane.
