Mrs. H. here! I'm helping fulfill Mrs. Lute's wish upon retirement... a file full of memories from students of their time with her in her classroom!

Mrs. Lute has been teaching in Happy Valley for 36 years. If you were a student (or parent of one) and want to share a special message with her, please do!!!

Let's send her into retirement with all of the love she has poured out to this community for all of these years!

It’s time to get hyped for high school! 🎉 Before 8th graders begin forecasting for next year, they got a special visit from Adrienne C. Nelson!

From drumline beats to dance and cheer performances, students got a sneak peek of the Nelson energy. They also heard from current leadership students, who answered questions about what high school is really like. The excitement is building!

Game on!

Today’s assembly featured Scott “Mag” Hughes from WE CARE Sports, and our students learned the stories behind some familiar... and not-so-familiar activities. From laughter to teamwork to trying something new, it was an action-packed morning from start to finish!

Thanks for the fun, Mag!

Why owl the fuss in 8th grade Science class today? They’re seeing whooo can dissect the most interesting fur, bones, teeth, or feathers out of their owl pellets, which are coughed up by owls after eating their prey. The memorable lesson is part of their science curriculum, and one these talon-ted scientists will be thinking about owl night long!
