The Harbor Springs Downtown Development Authority (DDA) exists to promote and improve the downtown district developed under state law. DDA BOARD MEETINGS
Meetings are held monthly, typically the second Wednesday of the month, at 8:30 a.m. Meeting Agendas are posted two days prior to the meeting. DOWNTOWN EVENTS
