The hotel was designed by Lawrence Casner, an architect from Madisonville, KY. The lodge was built with 24 guest rooms, a dining room, kitchen, and a large lobby area including a sundeck. There have been 2 major renovations done to the lodge since its inception in 1952. First one was done in 1975, and the 2nd in 1996. Come out and experience this gem of a park for yourself, and relish in the beauty that Kenlake State Resort Park has to offer.
