Good afternoon. I have received a few calls today reporting a suspicious person that was walking up to residences and ringing the doorbell in Hex Acres overnight, specifically around 1:30 in the morning. One resident stated that the individual told him he was dropped off by their Uber Driver and that their phone had died and requested to come inside the residence to which that person was denied entry.
If anyone can identify this person, please feel free to call the station. Any tips will remain confidential. Thanks Again

Good morning. Along with the previous post, in the next few days,please be aware of the new traffic patterns on State Route 92 in the area of the Boat Launch. Traffic lights are in place and a new road is in place during the road work. And, as also, please drive with caution to protect our workers. Thanks in advance.

NOTICE is given that duly appointed representatives of the Boroughs of Exeter, West Pittston, Wyoming, West Wyoming and the Township of Exeter will meet on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 7p.m. to organize and establish the Wyoming Area Regional Police Commission for the purposes set forth in the Intermunicipal Agreement Creating the Wyoming Area Regional Police Commission and the Wyoming Area Regional Police Department, which was approved and adopted by each participating municipality at their respective reorganization meetings in January 2022. The meeting will take place at the Exeter Borough Building, 1101 Wyoming Avenue, Exeter, PA. In accordance with the emergency protocols established due to the Covid-19 pandemic the public shall not be permitted to attend in person, but participation shall be available to the public electronically via Zoom, and members of the public will be able to interact in accordance with the procedural rules of the meeting. The Zoom link shall be posted on Exeter Borough’s website, ExeterBorough.com, in advance of the meeting. Good afternoon. I received a report from one of our residents that caught some suspicious activity overnight on Mt. Zion Road. This individual was seen on camera trying to open doors about the residents property and also it appeared he may have attempted to remove a pull behind trailer.
