Important notice for our Tri-City Boys & Girls Club families!

Effective September 1, the Tri-City Boys & Girls Club will cap daily attendance at 45 members to remain within the Kentucky Department of Education’s required 1 staff member to 15 students ratio.

To maintain an active membership and keep your child’s spot at the Club, your child must attend at least once per week. If your child does not attend for an extended period and is not maintaining weekly attendance, their spot may be opened to another student who is waiting for a place at the Club.

We understand that schedules can change, and we appreciate your help in keeping our attendance accurate and ensuring we can serve as many youth as possible while maintaining a safe environment and proper staffing ratios.

This past weekend we celebrated Rachel Adkins 3 years being here with us at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Appalachia! Rachel is our fantastic Unit Director at our Black Mountain Club! Rachel is always so supportive with her kids and cares so much about our youth. She is such an encouraging, positive, fun, and joyful person. We thank her for everything and for always guiding our youth in the right direction. We are so incredibly grateful to have her part of our organization.💙

We’re excited to offer Coachbit to our youth in 5th grade and up! Coachbit provides additional support and opportunities to help our youth build skills and reach their goals.

To make signing up easy, Coachbit has created a helpful video along with a simple online consent and enrollment form.

This Parental Consent and Waiver (“Agreement”) is made between Coachbit, Inc. (“Coachbit”) and the undersigned Parent/Guardian, who consents to Coachbit providing coaching services to the minor child named below.

We had an AMAZING first day back at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Appalachia! We loved seeing so many familiar faces and welcoming new friends to our clubs.

We did have several friends who were ready to stay and enjoy the afternoon with us, but unfortunately, their MyClubHub application had not been completed and processed yet. We want to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to join us!

📌 Important MyClubHub Reminder:
An active membership list will be printed at 9:00 AM each morning. This list determines which members are able to attend the club that day.

For example, if you complete your child's application at 1:30 PM on Tuesday, your child will not be able to attend until Wednesday.
Please take a moment to make sure your child's MyClubHub information is submitted and complete so they can join us for all the fun!

We can't wait to see everyone at the club!
