Hope Connections RGV Hope Connections is a private, non-profit organization that was founded on October 2010. Dr. Fernando Garcia, a local physician, directs this organization.

RGV Hope Connections is committed to providing primary outpatient care and support services to persons living with HIV and Viral Hepatitis (HCV).
