Hello friends and family. Today's tragedy in Orlando is a reminder of how easy it is for a person to cause such atrocity. Our prayers are with them and their families. Let us stay vigilant and be aware of our surroundings. It is time to get involved and dencouce any person acting suspicious talking about ISIS or terroristic plots. They are amongst us, and we need to work together to stop this type of terrorist in our country and in this world. Do your part it may safe one of your family members. God blest you, and God Bless American.

Family and Friends, this is a reminder that today is the LAST DAY of early voting for the County Runoff Elections. Please exercise your right to vote! The best reason to early vote is because you may vote at any polling location no matter where you live in the county. In the Harlingen area, there are 2 sites:

1. Cultural Arts Center next to public library until 6 pm.

2. County Annex Building on Wilson Rd. until 8 pm.

You know how we the people sometimes say things we don't mean, well here is something that I do. In the last year or so I have met so many people in Cameron County with so many concerns. I have also met many good canidates with their heart in the best interest of our community. I wish all the canidates the best during early voting and election day. Good luck. May the Voter's Voice prevail. Keep in mind that every vote counts. Let's unite and get everyone we know to vote during Early Voting, May 16-20, 2016. Election Day is May 24, 2016.
