ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES:

Maintain clean and orderly work area.

Collect fines and dump into tote.

Maintain packaging of finished bags into boxes.

Will assist other workers in maintaining control of all products coming from conveyor belts.

Sweep, squeegee, and maintain a dry area

Move all finished boxes to other areas by lifting or pushing.

Any other duties assigned by your supervisor or team leader.

Cooperation to perform duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalency

Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Must have use of all extremities

Must be able to push and pull.

Must be able to reach above the shoulders.

Must be able to identify colors.

SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a diversity of complex secretarial and clerical duties to include but not limited to warehouse and accounting functions. Customer Service S/R Clerk is responsible for contacting QA and immediate supervisor if the quality and integrity of product arriving or shipping are in question.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
• Composing routine and non-routine correspondence to personnel and clients.
• Compiling necessary reports as requested; formatting, proof, and edit errors
• Sign in all drivers arriving at the plant for delivery or pick up of loads.
• Report to Warehouse Supervisor the arrival of truck drivers after the proper procedure has been done to sign driver in.
• Contact Quality Control, Immediate Supervisor, and Customer if any issues with the quality and safe handling of the product.
• Process inbound and outbound paperwork.
• Responsible for inventory control.
• Receive and process checks and monies due to the company by the truck drivers.
• Download all pictures taken by warehouse team members for each corresponding load.
• Keeping an ongoing log of inbound, outbound loads, and seals.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, dispatch, and truck drivers at all times.
• Interact with employees, clients, and guests in a professional manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Customer Service experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft XP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent Math skills
• Ability to operate basic office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.

Job Description

SUMMARY:

Maintenance Mechanic performs comprehensive mid-level technical maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of facilities and equipment he also performs a wide range of facilities maintenance services in general. Responsible for the food safety, sanitation, quality and security of the products produced.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

Performs and coordinates maintenance and repair of all building electrical, heating, ventilation, cooling, plumbing, production equipment and all heavy machinery.
As appropriate, contacts and coordinates external service agencies to schedule repair work and ensure timely and effective work order completion.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with all applicable standards, laws, rules and regulations.
Ensure company policy is followed at all times.
Reports maintenance delays to the Director of Facility Maintenance.
Interact with employees, customers and guests in a professional manner at all times.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Report any incident and or accidents immediately.
Other job duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
At least 2-5 years industrial maintenance experience.
Excellent industrial control skills and trouble-shooting abilities
