The City of Harmony is asking for community feedback regarding its Draft Data Center Ordinance. Please take a moment to review the Draft Data Center Ordinance and complete and submit the online feedback form at the link below. Feedback will be gathered through August 19th, at which time comments will be consolidated and prepared for review and discussion on August 26th at a joint planning meeting including the City Council, Planning and Zoning and EDA board members.

Joint Planning Session – Data Center Ordinance Draft Review

We invite the public to attend a Joint Planning Session on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Harmony Community Center.
During this meeting, the City Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, and Economic Development Authority (EDA) will work through the Draft Data Center Ordinance with our attorney, who will be present to explain the draft, answer questions from the boards, and provide legal guidance as the ordinance is reviewed section by section.
The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note that there will be no public comment during this planning session. This decision was made to ensure the boards have adequate time to thoroughly review the draft ordinance with the attorney while he is available in person. Additional opportunities for public input will be provided as the ordinance review process continues.
