Because the long duration of dry weather has created extreme hazardous conditions for potential fires throughout Poinsett County, Judge Carter has issued a BURN BAN until further notice.

Due to extremely dry conditions, a countywide burn ban is now in effect starting March 24, 2025.
No outdoor burning is allowed until further notice. Please help us keep our community safe.
