Kira Moore is an Early Dispute Resolution Case Manager with ODR. In her role, Kira manages case intake and is a case manager for IEP facilitation meetings and Resolution Meeting facilitation (these are early dispute services ODR provides).

A Pennsylvania native, Kira has dedicated the past 2.5 years to helping families and educational agencies resolve disputes related to early intervention, gifted students, and students with disabilities. She has a passion for guiding people through what can be a complex and overwhelming process. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children, taking walks, and reading.
