In light of continuing concerns with the pandemic, the National Greenhouse Manufacturers Association (NGMA) Board of Directors has decided to err on the side of caution and postpone the Spring Meeting that was to be held in Tucson, Az. on April 11-13, 2021. The new date is set for November 7 - 9, 2021 at the same property. This decision was not made lightly. However, the safety of our members remains our top concern.

We regret to inform you that in light of ongoing developments with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the National Greenhouse Manufacturers Association (NGMA) Board of Directors has decided to cancel the Spring Meeting that was to be held in Atlantic Beach, FL on October 11 - 13, 2020. This decision was not made lightly. However, the safety of our members continues to be our top concern.
If you were registered, your registration will be transferred to next April’s Spring Meeting scheduled for April 11 – 13, 2021 at the Omni Tucson National Resort in Tucson, AZ and you will not need to register again.
All current guest reservations booked for the NGMA Spring Meeting at One Ocean Resort in Atlantic Beach, FL, have been canceled and there is nothing further you need to do. Please remember to modify or cancel your other travel arrangements.
While we will not be able to meet in person, the NGMA Annual Membership Meeting will be held virtually on Tuesday, October 13 at 2:00 p.m. eastern. More details will be announced soon.

At this time, the date is tentatively set for October 18-21, 2020. This decision was not made lightly. However, the safety of our members is our top concern.
If you have already registered, your registration for the event will be transferred to the October event and you will not need to register again.
All current guest reservations booked for the NGMA Spring Meeting at One Ocean Resort in Atlantic Beach, FL, will be automatically moved to the corresponding October dates based on the same arrival/departure days. All new reservations, changes and cancellations can be made starting on a date yet to be determined.
