I. O. Silver Foundation This Foundation is in honor of I.O. All funds go to benefit the Hershey Medical Center Heart and Vascular Institute.

Silver, an outstanding doctor in Central Pa whom passed of heart disease in December 1994. 47% of all deaths are heart related.
