Catholic Charities Specialized Foster Care We prepare and certify families as Placement Resources to provide for special needs children. Click on Events or Info to learn more.

The purpose of foster care is to provide a temporary, safe, nurturing home for children who have been separated from their families by the court. If a child cannot be returned home, an alternative permanent plan is developed and in most cases our Resource Families will adopt these children.
