The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is continuously monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and taking the necessary steps to reduce the spread of the virus. Governor Wolf has ordered state agencies to close their offices in order to protect staff, consumers and all Pennsylvanians.

Many of our services are accessible online at insurance.pa.gov. An insurance/COVID-19 FAQ can be found here: https://cutt.ly/4tjuYUU and should new information become available, it will be added to this page. Our Consumer Services team is working hard to ensure your questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The consumer team can still be reached at 877-881-6388, leave a detailed message and a member of the team will call you back.

It is our hope that you, your loved ones, and all Pennsylvanians work for the greater good to keep each other safe. We can all do our part by practicing good hygiene, avoiding crowds, and following the recommended instructions from the PA Department of Health: https://cutt.ly/atjuSoG. Thank you for your patience.
